Jon DeLuca
President & CEO

Mr. DeLuca is the President and CEO of IX2. Previously, he was the President and CEO of FiberNet Telecom Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: FTGX), a provider of metro fiber and data center infrastructure services based in New York.  Mr. DeLuca spent ten years at FiberNet, serving as both its CEO and CFO.  He also has worked in investment banking at Bear, Stearns and Lazard Frères.

Mark Messana
SVP – Infrastructure & Operations

Mr. Messana is the Senior Vice President of Infrastructure and Operations at Wilcon.  Previously he was the Managing Member of IX2 Center, LLC and IX2 Wilshire, LLC since 2003.  He also has served as the Executive Vice President of Global Gateway, a developer of carrier hotels and data centers in Asia and the western United States.  Prior to that, he spent seven years as Project Manager for the One Wilshire Building in Los Angeles leasing, managing and developing One Wilshire into one of the world’s most connected telecom buildings.

Eric Bender
SVP – Business Development

Mr. Bender is the Senior Vice President of Business Development of IX2.  Previously, he cofounded Wilshire Connection in 1998 and served as its President.  Mr. Bender also was the Vice President of Operations of Global Gateway, a developer of carrier hotels and data centers in Asia and the western United States.  He also has served as the Vice President of Asset Management at Downtown Properties/Mas Asset Management Corp., a  $1.3 billion real estate portfolio.

Glenn Nieves
Corporate Counsel and Secretary

Mr. Nieves is the Corporate Counsel and Secretary of Wilcon and oversees all legal and compliance matters.   Before joining Wilcon, Mr. Nieves practiced law at various AM Law 100 firms in downtown Los Angeles where he handled public and private acquisition transactions, related corporate and finance matters, and media and technology related transactions

Johann Perez
Controller

Mr. Perez is the Controller of Wilcon and oversees all accounting and finance matters.   Before joining Wilcon, he spent six years at PricewaterhouseCoopers managing financial statement audits and audits of internal control over financial reporting for multi-billion dollar public companies headquartered in Los Angeles. He also worked at Audit Prep Services LLC managing the financial audit process for public and private companies.
